The hue is a warm amber with a slight green component. Rosco describes #321 as a "Sunlight Transition" color: it mimics the progression of sunlight as it shifts from white or yellow towards a richer amber throughout the day. It is typically used for golden afternoon to evening light.

Use on Set
#321 is stretched in front of the light exit aperture of luminaires – via gel frames in barn doors or with clips. Due to the high light loss of around 1.4 stops, the light output should be planned accordingly.

- Warming up cooler sources or daylight fixtures towards amber.
