Today

The sound stage remains a central production location for film and television. Modern developments like virtual production with LED volumes expand the possibilities – the controlled environment of the stage allows for creative freedom independent of external conditions.

From the crafts

Perspectives

Cinematographer

Die Bühne bietet kontrollierte Bedingungen – kein Wetter, keine Störgeräusche, unbegrenztes Licht-Setup. Hier kann ich jede Lichtstimmung bauen.

Director

Auf der Bühne habe ich totale Kontrolle. Keine Genehmigungen, keine Passanten, perfekte Wiederholbarkeit. Für komplexe Szenen oft die bessere Wahl.

Producer

Studiobühnen sind teuer, aber kalkulierbar. Keine Wetter-Risiken, keine Überstunden durch Störungen – oft rechnet sich das trotz hoher Tagesraten.
