U-Crane stands for Ukraine-Crane - a tribute to the country of the inventors after the Russian invasion in 2022. The U-Crane is a process in film production. Official new name for the Russian Arm since 2022, in honor of Ukraine. Gyro-stabilized auto-crane for dynamic tracking shots.

Practical Application

Whether Russian Arm or U-Crane - the technology is the same revolutionary invention. The new name honors the Ukrainian innovators. The renaming to U-Crane was an important statement by the film industry. Filmotechnic has brought world-class equipment from Kyiv to the world.
