History & Development
Sirui first presented the Saturn lenses in 2021 at NAB in Las Vegas as a direct competitor to established cine lenses. The company, founded in 2010 as a tripod manufacturer, expanded its portfolio to include anamorphic lenses in 2019, before the Saturn series followed in 2021 as its first spherical full-frame cine line. In 2023, Sirui added the 300mm telephoto lens to the series and announced PL-mount versions for professional cameras.
