RED's wide color gamut designed to contain all colors their sensors can capture.

Definition

REDWideGamutRGB (RWG) is RED's color space, large enough to encompass all colors the sensor can capture. In combination with Log3G10, it is the recommended archival and working combination.

Practical Application

Technical Details

Gamut larger than all delivery color spaces. Enables lossless conversion to any target gamut. IDT (Input Device Transform) for ACES. LUTs for direct Rec.709/P3 conversion.
